In this case, the platform automatically applies a minimum rental period of 91 days.
This is a platform policy, introduced to:
prevent unlicensed tourist rentals,

allow owners to rent legally under the temporary rental format (arrendamiento de temporada).
This type of rental is intended for temporary stays — such as work, studies, relocation, or time-limited projects — and is not positioned as a tourist rental.
Why 91 Days?
Spanish law distinguishes tourist rentals from temporary rentals not only by duration, but also by the nature and purpose of the stay.
We use a 91-day minimum as a clear and practical threshold that:
